These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of petestoppicks.com and all content, tips, and services provided by Pete's Picks ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

Pete's Picks provides sports tipping content — opinions, analysis, and selections for horse racing and other sports — generated with the assistance of statistical models and AI tools. Content is provided for information and entertainment purposes only.

2. Not financial or betting advice

• Nothing on this service constitutes financial advice, betting advice, or an inducement to gamble.
• All tips are opinions. Betting involves risk, and outcomes are inherently uncertain.
• We make no guarantee of winnings, profit, or accuracy. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
• Any bets you place are made entirely at your own risk and your own decision. We are not responsible for any losses you incur.
• We are not a bookmaker and do not accept, place, or handle bets or betting money.

3. Age and responsible gambling

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• Gamble responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose.

4. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Accounts and subscriptions are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

5. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

• Access to tips is sold as a paid subscription per sport (or as a bundle), processed by our payment provider, Whop.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time through your Whop account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the period already paid.
• Prices are displayed at checkout in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise, and may change with notice — changes apply from your next renewal.

6. Refunds

Because our content is delivered digitally and consumed immediately, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind or for the outcome of tips. Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — where the service is faulty or not delivered as described, you may be entitled to a remedy. Refund requests can be sent to support@petestoppicks.com.

7. Acceptable use

• You may not republish, redistribute, resell, scrape, or share our tips or content outside your own personal use.
• You may not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the service — including tips, analysis, text, branding, and software — is owned by or licensed to Pete's Picks and protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view the content for your own use while subscribed.

9. Third-party links

The service may include links to third-party websites, including bookmakers. These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or your dealings with them.

10. Service availability

We aim to provide tips regularly, but do not guarantee that tips will be issued every day or for every event, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Tip frequency depends on racing and sporting schedules and on whether selections meet our quality criteria.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pete's Picks excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including betting losses, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its content. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Material changes will be indicated on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
